If you’d like to change the size and/or color of an item you purchased, you can request an exchange free of charge within 14 days from the delivery date.

Exchanges are available only for items of equal value and do not apply to discounted products.

Simply fill out the return form, select the “Exchange” option, and choose your new size and/or color from the available options — we’ll reserve the item for you. Reservation guarantees availability, but final confirmation and shipping will depend on the inspection and approval of the returned item.

Processing time may vary depending on when we receive and verify the item. As soon as your return is approved and the new item is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Please note: size and/or color can be exchanged once per item, but you may still return it in accordance with our Return Policy.
